POLICY FOR REFUNDS
Custom Web Online provides a 100 percent return on all design, development, and marketing services; however, this is not an unconditional refund, and some circumstances apply.
- You've purchased a distinct service(s).
- The primary design concept has been approved (for any service).
- The design has passed the completion stage.
- The website has been created, tested, and launched.
- You've asked for revisions.
- The project has been canceled for reasons unrelated to the project.
- More than two weeks have passed since the company was contacted.
- The company's policies, or policy, were broken.
- For the same project, another company or designer has been approached.
- The creative brief is missing important details.
- A thorough redesign has been requested.
- If you're paying for both a domain and hosting.
- The claim has gone beyond the 'request for refund' time limit.
- The company is going out of business or changing its name.
REVISIONS POLICY
- Make sure all of the desired features and adjustments are communicated prior to the website's launch; updates will not be accommodated once the site is live. A maintenance subscription is recommended if your website requires professional monitoring on a regular basis.
- For all website orders, any request for a full refund is void once all website design plans have been authorized.
